I have been a professional pastry chef for 20 years and have a passion for creating extraordinary, delicious cakes and desserts.

I moved to Perth from Chile in 2008 and bring with me a unique speciality of divine multi-layer cakes which are a true South American delicacy.

After having my daughter in 2014, I decided to branch out on my own so that I could combine my heritage, professional training and creativity together to make something truly special. I even make my own delicious caramel which oozes through my cakes.

How do my cakes taste?

All my cakes have a delicious, home-made base of chocolate and/or caramel and are cooked in a traditional South-American style which means that they are always soft and full of flavour. A piece of Chilean heaven, right here in Perth, Western Australia.
